Traditional Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
The traditional style of Hatha Yoga session incorporates a warmup (sukshmvyayama) followed by a slow paced asanas practice to have a deeper impact and ends with pranayama and a guided meditation (dhyaana) The session leaves one balanced and centered from inside out.

Gentle Hatha Flow
A Gentle Hatha Flow is a style of yoga that is a combination of Vinyasa (flowing from one posture to the next using one’s breath) and traditional Hatha Yoga.
The class is designed as a coordination between breath and movement where the postures are held for a shorter duration than a traditional Hatha yoga session.
The format of the class is a warmup followed by the postures or asanas linked with the breath throughout the session, ending with a deep guided relaxation.
$20 per session

Yoga with Neel is the time in my schedule I’m always looking forward to most. Each class is a totally different experience, focusing on different areas of our body. What I love about yoga practice with her is that she explains all medical and spiritual benefits of it, corrects our postures and alignments, and constantly encourages us to make progress, even if w9e doubt ourselves that certain postures are within our reach. Neelanjana is an excellent teacher and genuinely a very lovely person. I didn't know much about Yoga until I joined her classes. Her classes are always full and a lot of fun and it leaves me feeling very relaxed at the end of my gym session. She pays individual attention to people in the class and her classes are truly for all levels. Although you've worked hard, somehow you’ll come out relaxed. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
