The two bedroom private pool villas, with their airy rooms and gorgeous pools are surrounded by tropical foliage and recycled timber decks.

Living spaces, private plunge pool and open air deck.

Everyday there will be two yoga and meditation sessions, morning and evening alongwith one 60 minutes ayurvedic treatment

The ayurvedic treatments are authentic, based on the traditional form and dependant on individual consultations from the skilled ayurvedic physician at the ayurveda resort in ubud.
Ayurveda is the sister science to the eight fold path of yoga. The purpose of practicing yoga, meditation and ayurveda is to get rid of physical, mental and emotional obstacles by opening the energy pathways to align ourselves with the universe.

HATHA YOGA SESSIONS will be guided to lead the participants into exploring their strength, flexibility and follow their own pace while doing so.

THE MEDITATION SESSIONS WILL BE WEAVED IN WITH BREATHWORK for a complete harmony between the mind and body. They will be deeply invigoration and illuminating.

AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS ARE PURIFYING AND REJUVENATING. The treatments will use therapies using medicated herbal oils and milk preparations as per individual needs, determined by the physician.

The beautiful blend of yogic practice and cleansing treatments in the pristine, serene beauty at the Ayurveda resort will create a unique environment for destressing and attaining a spiritual and mental balance.

11 days yoga , Ayurveda & wellness retreat in Bali oct. 17th -28th 2024

The month of October is warm in Bali with temperatures ranging from 21 deg celcius to 31 deg celcius considered as the dry season. We would need an early confirmation to plan and go through with this retreat. We are encouraging everyone to come with their partner, friend or any other close family member/members with whom they wish to spend some fruitful time .

Need to get a minimum of 10 people to go through with this retreat and thought of October as it’s still a beautiful time of the year to travel to Bali.

From our side, we can only reiterate the fact that this experience is going to be the most rejuvenating and enriching as we are hopelessly committed to our craft and believe that everyone benefit from this authentic Vedic retreat and enhance their being in the wholesome environment offered at the beautiful resort in Ubud followed by the wonderful stay, packed with exciting excursions around the gorgeous beach town of Seminiyak set amidst glorious nature!

Roundtrip airport transfers from Denpasar airport to Ubud.
8 Nights 8 Days lodging at the beautiful Ayurveda resort in Ubud, in Double sharing, Premier Pool Rooms, which are a seamless mélange of luxe and outdoors.
Daily consultation with Ayurveda doctor & one Yoga acharya consult on check in.
3 group sessions a day of Yoga, Asana, Pranayama, Meditaion [45 minutes each]
1 talk each by the Ayurvedic Doctor and Yoga teacher.
